National Native Title Tribunal
The National Native Title Tribunal was established under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) and assists in Native Title Applications, inquiries and determinations. The NNTT website provides detailed information on native title requirements and process and maintains up to date information on each Native Title Application.

Connection Guidelines for claiming native title in Queensland

This Guide is to assist native title claim groups, Native Title Representative Bodies and Service Providers and experts to prepare a connection report. The purpose of a connection report is to put before the State of Queensland key information it will use to decide whether or not it is prepared to proceed towards a consent determination of native title.

Native Title Report
Australian Human Rights Commission
The Australian Human Rights Commission was established in 1986 and is bound by an Act of Parliament to promote and protect the human rights of Australians.
Each year a Native Title Report is prepared by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner and presented to Parliament. The reports detail issues pertaining to land and sea from a human rights perspective. The reports can be accessed through the following link:

The Land Justice Group (LJG) is an unincorporated body which provides a voice for each traditional owner group in Victoria.The Victorian Government and the Victorian Traditional Owners Land Justice Group have spent the last four years negotiating to jointly develop a Victorian Native Title Settlement Framework.
The Aurora Project - Capacity Building
